As a Recruiter my job is always exciting! On a daily basis I screen qualified applicants that meet the needs of our current openings. Effective communication is key and I am always doing my best to attract top talent to the firm!Our headquarters sit in Albany, NY and we also have offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Binghamton, D.C, San Diego, Austin, Houston, Manhattan and Dublin, Ireland. As you can see our goal is to stay growing and add incredible Lawyers and Support Staff that keep the everyday operations going and provide the best legal services.My other daily tasks include:• Scheduling interviews using the firm’s applicant tracking system.• Recruiting talent through passive and active sources including postings, social media, internet research, referrals, and direct recruiting.• Assisting with report preparation statistics.• Posting and editing job descriptions through the firm’s ATS. • Coaching candidates on what to expect throughout the entirety of the interview process (including interview path feedback and timing).• Screening applicants and conducting reference checks.• Providing updates to the hiring web site and recruiting print materials.• Researching local legal organizations
