As a School Adjustment Counselor, I offer comprehensive clinical and social-emotional support to students, providing individual services, guidance counselor consultations, referrals, and mediation to promote student well-being. Chair the Greater Fall River School Community Partnership, strengthening networking and organizing community initiatives.Providing professional development for staff on equity, mental health, and SEL, I have developed the Diman Family Direction initiative, enhancing communication and fostering family involvement through forums on relevant topics. Managed the Aspire Program to support students transitioning back to school after extended absences, while contributing to grant writing for mental health and SEL programs.
