With a multidisciplinary academic and professional background, I bring over 30 years of leadership and consulting experience spanning healthcare, public health, risk management, human rights, and organizational development. I hold a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg and multiple graduate degrees—including an MBA, Master of Project Management, Master of Business and Corporate Communication, and Master of Human Resources Management—from Universidad Isabel I in Barcelona, Spain. I’m currently advancing my scholarship through a Master of Arts in Human Rights Practice at The University of Arizona (Class of 2026) and a PhD in Public Health at Euler-Franeker Memorial University, with a research focus on Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). I am a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants - Nigeria, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), and was invited as a Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management. I am the President & CEO of Phoenix Risk Management & Consulting Firm, LLC, and Founding Executive Director - Principal Investigator of Phoenix Health Research Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to producing rigorous, actionable research that informs policy and drives real-world solutions for underserved populations globally.
