ABOUT MICHAEL CIEZA
I’m a Business Honors student at Loyola University Maryland pursuing a major in Finance. I’m developing strong skills in consulting, organizational strategy, financial analysis, and analytical problem-solving, with a focus on delivering solutions that create measurable impact.As an Analyst in the Loyola Consulting Group, I’ve worked on pro bono projects supporting an early-stage e-commerce cannabis dispensary, helping refine its brand strategy, strengthen its consumer positioning, and identify growth opportunities. I’ve also led press outreach initiatives for a published author, crafting strategic messaging and coordinating media communications.On campus, I serve as an Assembly Member in the Student Government Association and as a Liaison for the Association of Latin American Students (ALAS), where I focus on creating opportunities and amplifying underrepresented voices. I bring curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to every team I join.I’m especially interested in consulting and finance roles where I can combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and mission-driven impact.
