   Serve as staff liaison to the TCLA Steering Committee and later the Advisory Committee, coordinate meetings and agendas, and help focus the committee on measurable and timely goals.Facilitate initial programming initiatives as TCLA launches including, but not limited to:​Assist the Steering Committee in populating a new Advisory Committee.This will require participation/representation from diverse groups within our theatre community, including institutions, freelance artists, and others. Assist in the development of a process so that interested parties can nominate and elect representatives for each group.Aid in hiring a web designer to facilitate the creation of a website for TCLA, which will include the creation of a database of the theatre makers of Los Angeles.Begin populating the new website - contacting theatre companies and individual artists to make sure they all have the opportunity to be represented on the website.Establish and manage email lists and other core communications assets.Create and manage Social Media accounts to aid in marketing and awareness.Begin relationship-building with theatre organizations and groups around town, as well as individual artists, to assist in heightening awareness of TCLA and its programs and services.Maintain communication with current funders.Collaborate with the Advisory Committee in creating a definitive membership rubric and fee structure to be implemented by Year Two.
