With over four years of experience in program and project management, I have had the opportunity to lead data engineering, development, and operations teams, driving projects that have added significant value to the organizations I\'ve worked with. At PitchBook, I took on roles that allowed me to collaborate across Business Intelligence, Product, and Sales teams, leading to the addition of over 1 million new data points to the platform in 2023. I pride myself on my ability to transition teams to agile environments, achieving an impressive on-time completion rate of over 85% for all sprints. Here are some of my selected accomplishments- Reduced Data Sourcing team vendor contract costs by upwards of $500K by developing a bug documentation system that impacted the whole data team of 20 - Facilitated go-to-market for a machine-learning-based business lead enrichment process simultaneously providing the Sales department with 5% more actionable leads and improving backend database quality - Transitioned a Data Engineering team’s work to an agile environment achieving an on-time completion rate of above 85% on all sprints - Assisted in the identification of alternative data acquisition practices leading to savings of ~$2M by 2030
