The Student Services Concierge is the first point of contact for Kaplan students and is responsible for advising, counseling, and servicing students over the phone and email• Handle inbound customer support calls and e-mails related to admissions and post-enrollment inquiries• Research required information using available resources• Document all customer interactions in the appropriate databases• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution• Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure resolution
