Team includes 2 Operations managers, 1 Ramp Manager, 1 Safety Project Manager and 8 groups of field service engineers servicing the 8 types of tools Texas Instruments have purchased from Applied Materials.Primary duties- Responsible for KPI performance for the entire TI account of Applied Materials- Manage all day to day operations of TI account Sherman group- Hiring and Firing- Continuously improving business processes as the team grows throughout the SM1 ramp and prepares for new tool installs and eventually to fill out the 2nd, 3rd and 4th fabs on the Texas Instruments Sherman site.
