I\'m the Co-Founder and Managing Director of FUTURES BEING MADE – a boutique consultancy based in Munich, focused on building efficient stakeholder ecosystems that drive real-world impact.We work across industries – because every sector depends on successful stakeholder dynamics. Our clients are mostly corporates and mid-sized companies looking to anchor more effective communication, better leadership alignment, and more resilient collaboration structures. We also explore the potential of automation and AI – from stakeholder analysis and follow-ups to smarter internal routines and team enablement.What I bring to the table:– Strategic clarity, narrative thinking, and a strong sense for systems and people– A deep understanding of how to build and scale structures, teams, and technologies– Entrepreneurial experience – from idea to go-to-market to investor readinessBefore founding FUTURES BEING MADE, I co-founded the IoT startup Lifestein, where we developed automatic fall detection technology in the form of wearable jewelry.
