   Currently, I am working as a Senior VP of Consumer Research at MMR Research Worldwide, I oversee multimillion-dollar quantitative research for the U.S. business unit (40% international) and lead a team of 17 members, including five direct reports across London, New York, and remote locations throughout the U.S. I manage key clients while serving as a senior lead interface for project teams. I navigate change management while overseeing team stabilization, fostering trust and relationships with all levels of the organization, and serving as a member of the U.S. leadership team.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include: I achieved and maintained 86% employee retention and expanded the team by 50% over 18 months by transforming and reorganizing the unstructured team and hiring/rightsizing staff members which supported business growth of 30%+ over the past 2 years.
