With a background in public health policy and collective impact networks, and expertise in workflow and process improvement, my role as Product Manager at Unite Us centers on developing our suite of Payments products to enable health care payers to pay for services that address social drivers of health. In particular, I focus on streamlining benefits eligibility determination and enrollment workflows, including integrations with state Medicaid Management Integration Systems (MMIS) and automating eligibility steps through roster ingestion and member matching.Leveraging my past experiences in collective impact, cross-sector collaboration and facilitating, customer success, and community engagement, I\'ve contributed to the scalability and cross-team collaboration essential for a hyper-growth start-up.
