Design and deliver social-emotional, executive functioning, and college/career readiness curricula for individual, group, and advisory settings- Serve as a resource to advisors and staff for developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns- Provide professional development, coaching, and support on advisory practices, SEL, restorative conversations, and mindfulness strategies- Conduct non-evaluative observations, learning walks, and collaborative activities to strengthen instructional practices- Facilitate small group sessions and bi-weekly check-ins for students with specific SEL or executive functioning needs- Refer students and families to counseling or external wraparound services as needed- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement wellness, restorative, and trauma-informed practices- Support restorative conversations and culture/discipline efforts across the school- Provide individual and group college/career counseling; support with applications, workshops, and events- Manage Naviance and maintain communication with college admissions offices- Track and report qualitative and quantitative data related to SEL and postsecondary outcomes- Support transition programming for 8th grade students and families- Collaborate with EC staff to support students with IEPs, manage 504 plans, and implement behavioral interventions- Share weekly student development updates with support teams and teachers- Attend and participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation- Collaborate on attendance follow-ups with the Attendance Team- Contribute to school-wide initiatives including admissions, fundraising, and family engagement- Maintain a clean, safe, inclusive school environment- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support student and organizational success- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive student-centered initiatives and promote a positive school culture.
