About Michaela Cosgriff
I am a recent graduate of Colby College, where I completed a double major bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and Psychology, with a minor in Economics. My coursework and research across these disciplines have provided me with a deep understanding of the social, policy and economic factors that influence sustainable behaviors and decision-making. Through onsite programs and studies in Australia, England, Germany, and Costa Rica, I expanded my perspective through exploration of industries and governments collaborating on economic and regulatory environments that foster business growth and sustainable practices. I am also a passionate storyteller and enjoy creating clear and compelling messages that connect with people and promote sustainable outcomes. Beyond academics, my experience as a student-athlete has instilled in me the discipline to manage competing priorities, the leadership skills to guide a team, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting high expectations.
