I joined the telecommunications industry six years ago and I currently lead on People Development & Engagement for a region of 1,600 employees at Openreach. I have a Master of Science in Social and Organisational Psychology from the University of Exeter, graduating with distinction. I use the psychological principles learnt here to improve the performance, motivation and well-being of individuals and teams in my workplace. I have developed and implemented various projects that enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency and revenue growth, using my skills in people development, business analysis and budget management.
