20••••21 - Data Architect for the Data Platform and Growth team in Experience+Devices (E+D) product group, where I led the design and creation of Microsoft\'s centralized source-of-truth portfolio of data assets about Commercial Customers. Cloud services and product coverage includes Microsoft 365 (M365), Security, Compliance and Identity Management (SCIM), Windows 365, and Windows devices. This portfolio of data is distributed and adopted broadly across Microsoft, and powers hundreds of scenarios including business performance metrics for executive leadership, field seller quotas and incentive compensation, non-Financial external disclosures, data science ML models that power recommendations for growth and retention, marketing lead scoring and nurture campaigns that drive retention and growth, and in scenarios that directly impact Customer experiences for our cloud services. I built strong data partnerships with teams across Microsoft Commerce, Directory, Finance and Cloud Services to reduce data latency to within 1 day (and in some cases NRT). I have two patents pending as a result of my work and leadership on this team.2022-current - Data Architect for the Commerce Data & Insights team in the Commerce Platform & Experiences group. My current role is akin to my role while in E+D, however the cloud services focus of Commercial Customer data is Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Developer Tools/Ecosystem. I have led the design and creation of centralized source-of-truth data about C+AI Commercial Customers, have grown the number of scenarios across C+AI that have adopted them, and have retired fragmented and siloed legacy data assets. I am currently working across engineering teams in Cloud+Ecosystems (C+E) division within C+AI modernize Microsoft\'s enterprise-wide data architecture for commercial customer identity.
