ABOUT MICHAEL ZIOBROWSKI

Seasoned commercial construction professional with over 25 years of project management/field superintendence/MEP management/preconstruction/ and procurement. Passionate about constructing the most intricate buildings imaginable to allow people to live better. Works closely with Architects and Owners during preconstruction phase to provide operational input for the estimates as well as ensuring a successful transition from preconstruction to construction. Responsibilities include management of the preconstruction, construction, schedule, safety and budget. In addition to involvement in the planning and coordinating of the above activities, also manages the execution of projects from groundbreaking through commissioning and closeout. Coordinates the day-to-day activities in the field, manage and coordinate the flow of information, control costs, manages and controls the schedule, implements and monitors the safety programs, and verifies that the completed work is constructed to a highest quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents. Monitors and refines the long range and short term plans to ensure a successful project. Vast experience in multiple facets of construction is invaluable as major construction challenges are anticipated, expected and dealt with effectively.
