Today, as CEO and Executive Medical Director of Miami Cancer Institute and Baptist Health Cancer Care, I am committed to bringing together best-in-class technology, healthcare professionals and organizations from South Florida, the U.S, and across the world, to innovate and deliver quality care for cancer patients.My experience working with patients across the country has underlined the importance of putting their needs first, supporting them throughout their journey and tailoring care to enable better outcomes. I am passionate about building multidisciplinary teams that can provide integrated and personalized care to each patient and, ultimately, improve lives.I am inspired by the strength and resilience of patients every day, and by the energy and dedication of healthcare professionals – including the new generations – who put patients first and strive to elevate the standard of care across therapeutic areas in oncology.
