I love the web as a platform and am well versed in modern front-end practices as well as the history of front-end. I have a history of full stack work, and I am also no stranger to cloud tech or devops work. I believe engineers fix problems rather than be loyal to a specific tool and am always up for learning whatever is needed to get a business to the solution it needs, though I am partial to the madness that is JS and frontend. Something about chaos gets me pumped.I invest in people as I believe that passionate people will innately produce top quality work if they are happy, comfortable, and committed. I love watching people grow into even better versions of themselves and will always do what I can to facilitate that growth.I\'m also a giant nerd who loves video games and figuring out how underlying systems in games work, especially in RPGs and I like to find similarities between business and game architecture. Especially where UI is concerned, I think games can inspire UI principles since they live and die on responsiveness and being intuitive.My super powers are that I can hold many concurrent thoughts in my head, I am self-reflective to an extreme, I innately see peoples potential and love bringing it to light, I don\'t fear social conflict, and finally I have a contagious energy about myself that people seem to just enjoy.I don\'t mesh well in hyper professional environments or in a place where I can\'t be real and honest. I cannot stand looking away from problems (especially company politics, I cut through bullshit) and will actively clash with anyone who lies about the status of a project or team (for good or bad). Transparency is a big deal to me.
