   As Managing Director at EY, I serve as an engagement partner and managed services leader. I am accountable for delivering ambitious goals that maintain and grow EY’s stature in the industry as well as directly bolster its consulting revenue. My current focus is global, systemically-important banks. I aim to deeply understand clients’ businesses and provide insights that create opportunities for compelling investments in new solutions in all lines of business and enterprise functions—technology, operations, finance, risk, supply chain, investment banking, wealth management, and consumer banking. Developing and enhancing working relationships with C-suite and director-level decision makers is a key element of my position.As a subject matter expert for the sales organization at EY, I develop and delivery curricula, inclusive of formal classes and seminars designed to train others in deal structuring, pricing strategies, contract design, negotiating, creating business cases, and building trust in client relationships. My commitment to creating a culture of high performance and camaraderie extends into hiring, coaching, developing, and managing the performance of EY business development/sales executives. I also guide the work of client-side staff.
