ABOUT MICHAEL WUNDERLICH
I have led international teams in China and successfully implemented a number of public and private projects with them. These include, for example, the European Logistics Roundtable in Shanghai and the Hamburg-Shanghai Business Forum. For my leadership role, I was able to acquire all the necessary management skills and execute them at a high international level. I was able to successfully demonstrate this competence in Germany with the DAM certificate \"Commercial Management\". My focus is on strategic planning, intercultural communication, project management and commercial management. In order to successfully carry out projects in and with China, it is necessary to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of Chinese business culture. It is also necessary to develop a feeling for the sometimes very specific culture in order to be able to optimally manage and understand your own employees and team members. The Chinese market offers many opportunities which, if tapped into, can open up many possibilities for a company.
