Experience is focused on design and construction of dam and levee structures, modifications, and remediation efforts, as wells as on geologic and geotechnical investigations and analysis. His experience includes embankment dam design, geotechnical analysis, geologic and engineering investigations and laboratory testing, field experience including oversight of dam foundation grouting, drill and blast tunneling, embankment modification construction, soil and rock core logging, instrumentation installation and dam and levee inspection.
