The complexity of care being delivered in community and residential settings has changed significantly. Providers are now supporting individuals with tracheostomies, long-term ventilation, PEG feeding, and high-acuity needs — often without the governance infrastructure required to do so safely and consistently. This is where most services are exposed. I work with care providers to build clinically robust, inspection-ready services capable of delivering complex care with confidence. My focus is not just training. It is ensuring that safe practice is embedded, sustained, and evidenced. Through MJW Healthcare Solutions, I support organisations to: • Implement structured clinical governance frameworks • Assure workforce competency in high-risk clinical skills • Deliver specialist complex care training (Tracheostomy, Ventilation, PEG, Catheter, Stoma) • Strengthen inspection readiness and reduce regulatory risk • Develop services capable of safely supporting higher-acuity, CHC-funded individuals Many organisations invest in training. Few successfully translate that into safe, consistent practice. I bridge that gap by aligning training, governance, and clinical oversight into a single, coherent model. My background includes senior operational leadership within the NHS, with direct experience across acute services, patient flow, discharge, and system working with ICBs and Continuing Healthcare teams. This provides a practical understanding of both provider challenges and commissioner expectations.
