   Lead all Supply functions at a large nuclear generating site including purchasing materials, warehousing, contracts, and customer support. • Greatly improved department performance from consecutive bottom of the fleet audit results. Major facility and personnel issues corrected to lead organization to top of the fleet performer with excellent audit results and much better facilities. • Led / created a number of facility projects to upgrade building lighting, doors, floors, racking, and foundations to eliminate flooding and unsafe work areas. These addressed issues that had existed for many years. • Due to retirements / turnover replaced 70% of personnel in department and trained / developed new people to attain / maintain top performance. • Have led very successfully a large number of Site, Fleet, and Company wide projects including IT projects. • Responsible for $19 million in cost savings in 2016 and similar number in 2017 to date. Manage large department that spends / manages tens of millions in expeditures each year, approximately $40 million dollar of inventory, and provides cost savings of $5-10 Million per year while meeting site and corporate needs. Manage teams and projects across the 2nd largest utility in USA.
