Led process engineering design for Ridge, Dekalb, Security, Temple, Polk, Atlantic RNG Plants. Reviewed and challenged vendor design and integrated multiple vendor skids into landfill gas processing plants that removed impurities and met pipeline quality requirements for natural gas qualified for renewable energy credits.Developed process engineering deliverables including P & IDs, Material Balances, HAZOP documentation for Landfill gas to Renewable Natural Gas projects ranging from $30MM to $80MM.Led startup activities on site for Limestone RNG plant for startup of novel CO2 Removal system. Led first gas commissioning for Lorain, Polk and Sampson facility CO2 and N2 removal systems. Troubleshot operational issues and interfaced with sub-contractors and clients as company representative.Created program to review RNG plant design against the EPA’s Risk Management Program. Developed dispersion analysis, site flammable inventories, building siting reviews and PSM program adherence plans to deliver compliant plants to customers.Developed proposals for engineering design projects in excess of $1MM for Burlington and Cottonwood RNG plants.
