I am a brand strategist and organizational leader interested in making things work and work better. Over the past 20+ years of practicing, I have focused on developing best-in-class approaches and nurturing high-performing teams. As a strategy practitioner, I use positioning, architecture and identity systems to give my clients\' brands an edge. I have led major initiatives across a wide variety of categories which has yielded an intimate understanding of the challenges clients face in adopting and deploying branding fundamentals. I have a keen interest in sharing and exchanging knowledge, putting that into action via training programs delivered to audiences around the globe and teaching students at the University of Cincinnati.
