I am a solicitor with 18 years post qualification experience in procurement law and contract law. I have experience advising on a variety of PFI and contracts as well as traditional construction contracts and traditional procurement models. I have experience advising the private sector and funders as well as having advised the public sector in relation to procurement exercises and procurement challenges, both as an external solicitor and as part of an in-house legal team.I also have experience advising on goods and services contracts, ICT procurements, software licences and local government law.
