Assist with oneline design and guidance for customers purchasing the residential Savant PS20 and PS50 hybrid, bi-directional inverter/battery solutions and assisting with utility interconnection submissions. Assist with the installation and analysis of power quality monitoring data taken from customer sites. I also develop root cause power analysis reports and recommendations to improve the power quality for the customers residential system. In charge of preparing electrical oneline’s, AC & DC elementary drawings and wiring diagrams for our Hybrid Inverter PS20 and PS50 product lines. Led the US team UL 1741 SB testing initiative on a successful product certification on our Hybrid Bi-Directional Inverter. I was responsible for- Designing the US lab with appropriate electrical distribution equipment, loads, temperature chambers, and additional test equipment to be able to test to the accuracy needed with the UL Standard. I was in charge with also specifying, and procuring this equipment- Testing to the standard and reporting the results back to the firmware engineering team for additional fixes required to pass the test.Interface with utilities throughout the US to ensure that our grid standards meet their latest requirements for Distributed Energy Resource (DER) interconnection.Interface with our Quality Assurance team to develop and carry out internal test cases for our Power Storage Inverter and battery energy storage (BESS) product lines.
