Enhance the operational use of IT across the company to help achieve Cyber Essentials + and sustain that as a minimum level. Improve staff awareness and be the first point of contact for anyone in the company with questions. Keep abreast of developing security threats to enable on-going development of internal understanding and systems. Manage the M365 infrastructure, working with M365 full stack technologies and project managing the adoption of this platform for identity and device management. Manage security infrastructure including Detectify, Endpoint protection, M365 security services, AWS services, Keeper, email monitoring, etc. Manage IT logistics – manage windows licenses to computers for new starters, as well as helping with any data/API suppliers such as AutoDataGuru if needed. Provide BAU & Technical IT Support – Provide technical support for all company users, debugging and fixing issues on staff PCs, setting up equipment for new starters, providing support on new software packages, etc. Asset & Inventory management – develop an asset management process and inventory to enable us to manage BYOD, company and mobile devices. Systems management – manage operationally important systems such as RingCentral administering, debugging and setting up. Third Party management - Dealing with 3rd party suppliers to make sure we have the products and services to needed strengthen our infrastructure and product offerings. Incident management - Key player in responding to any actual cyber security threats or incidents with the COO, CEO and relevant third party providers. Support the COO in the development and maintenance of process documentation. Work with the COO & CEO to support data protection across the organisation, including the management of processes.
