    Manufacturing Engineering Manager leading a team of New Product Introduction Engineers for in-space Electronic Propulsion at the Redmond Aerojet Rocketdyne Site.\\\\nCurrent subject matter expert for Soldering, Electronics, and Crimp/Wire/Harness workmanship enterprise for 6 years.\\\\ntechnical resources leader for outsourcing PCBA based on extensive national review and down select process.\\\\nTechnical leader of a highly diversified electronic/mechanical engineering team responsible for product realization.\\\\nPrimary contributor to proposals for major electric propulsion systems including Management of labor budgets associated with programs over the life of the program.\\\\nTechnical advisor for high reliability IPC 6012 class 3/A PCB Mfg and added value processes\\\\nProducts include Arcjet Thrusters, Hall Current Thrusters and Ion Drives and Power processing units.\\\\nReceived “Orbit” award for implementation of NASA 8739 workmanship standards including Technical proficiency and completion of Classroom examinations. Currently Certified as to IPC J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and Space Addendum. Attended training and completed certification at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) for NASA 8739 B Level Instructor. Serve as subject matter expert for Electronics Fabrication processes at Redmond Site. Coordinator and Trainer for all IPC Certifications; Soldering, Crimping Cable, Wiring & and Harness fabrication, Conformal Coating, Bonding Staking and encapsulation operations in High Reliability Electronics Manufacturing.\\\\nDeveloped a UV tracer formulation for Parylene Conformal Coating and received a Process Patent Award. Having a UV tracer in Parylene greatly enhances the ability to inspect and has resulted in Parylene with UV tracer as the Conformal Coating standard for all AR electronic assemblies.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
