I am a trial-tested attorney with more than 35 years of experience, concentrating my trial practice in the areas of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, business litigation and real estate disputes. I am Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a Specialist in Business Litigation. In these areas, and throughout the trial process, I have counseled a wide variety of clients, from individuals and small businesses, to Fortune 100 companies, internationally-known recording artists, and foreign individuals and businesses.I also leverage my deep understanding of eminent domain laws and my knowledge of government and construction regulations to counsel clients through all stages of the eminent domain process, from initial acquisition procedures through litigation, to maximize the compensation they receive.
