I provided technical support to Nucor Vulcraft employees using phone, email, and Service Now ticking system. Maintain in person support to onsite employees, and remote support for other locations. Order, configure, and deploy new equipment, and manage used inventory and returned/loaner hardware and peripherals for timely disposition. Assist in the implementation/troubleshooting, licensing of software applications. Troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure equipment such as computer, laptops, phones, printers, conference room, digital signage, servers, access control systems, & network devices. Create and support user account and group membership setups. Procure, setup, configure, distribute, and troubleshooting of all mobile devices. Work on projects and perform other duties assigned. Create and maintain documentation. Added devices to the network, created user accounts, set up email exchange, and reset passwords using Active Directory. Used Microsoft Azure & Intune as an Administrator for daily functions of hardware and software monitoring. Deploy software to cell phones with Asure and Company Portal.
