Articulates SBHCS initiatives and objectives at all levels of the organization.• Provides direction, support and guidance to staffing their development both clinically and managerially• Designs organizational services collaboratively with community leaders and organizations appropriate to the scope and level of care required by the patients served. • Develops and participates in systematic and effective mechanisms for fostering communication among individuals and groups within the organization and the community. • Ensures that the services that are designed are responsive to the needs and expectations of patients and/or their families/decision makers.
