The Managing Partners have a unique blend of financial and operational experience having been involved in transactions as business owners selling a company, serving as members of the management team transitioning to new owners, and as private equity fund managers acquiring companies in cooperation with key managers.We know how hard it is to grow a business, and we know what it takes to make an acquisition successful for all parties involved - the selling shareholders who are either taking a back seat, or exiting the business; the management team partnering with the new owners; the key employees, suppliers and customers who are integral to the success of the business; and, the private equity fund investor who is seeking an appropriate return on their investment.
