Providing solutions for our end user colleagues within NatWest group. Recent achievements have included implementing and maintaining one of Europe\'s largest ChromeOS estates with over 30k devices. Used as a reference for many subsequent companies and have spoken at several Google events including Google Cloud Next in San Franscisco and London 2018. Finalist for 2 categories of the UK IT Industry awards 2021 - as an indivudal for Best IT Support / Service Professional and as part of my organisations response to the pandemic. Recent initiatives have involved implementing and managing an Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud estate and then a migration to Nitro PDF for over 40k users saving £3m in licensing costs over 3 years. Alongside our Chromebook estate, i also Implented and maintain VMWare Workspace One, managing our Apple MacOS estate for developers and content creators. I am also involved with the delivery of an InTune managed Windows 11 laptop solution and in parallal, the first desktop device as a service (DaaS) initiative for the Bank, so I have a broad cross-platform view of the current end-user device world.
