Venture Digest is NE Wisconsin\'s digital and interactive community magazine. Co-founded with my Graphic Designer, Michelle Docchio, in January of 2020, we strive to educate, encourage and drive our readers by sharing a positive message founded in Awareness and Kindness, ultimately enabling them to better understand the people around them, improve relationships, and engage in meaningful dialogue wherever they might be: in businesses or schools, in their families, neighborhoods and expanded communities. Our message is for everyone. our message is yours.My job is to develop new ideas and concepts for the publication in order to hold the interests of the readers we\'ve gained and generate interest to the readers we stand to gain. I find myself very fortunate to have a Designer who is not only capable of making my descriptions come to life in the pages of the magazine, but makes them so much more impressive than I had imagined. My job is to have ideas, but my ideas are worthless without a teammate to make them real. I recently read,\"Business is about people. Any business owner who doesn\'t understand that today has no business leading anybody.\" I understand it. I live by it. Success lies ahead.
