ABOUT MICHAEL WEBER

As Regional Lead for Adoption Insights and Services in EMEA/MEE part of the Global Adoption & Experience CoE, I am passionate about transforming data into direction. Our mission is to enable data-driven steering by delivering adoption and experience insights through transparent infrastructure, tailored tools, and actionable services. Together with our stakeholders, we build on three strategic pillars: providing high-quality, analysis-ready data; empowering decision-making with automated and self-service insights; and ensuring consistent, scalable steering through unified standards and incentive frameworks. Supporting all of this are our foundational enablers—people and Business AI—driving collaboration, innovation, and skill development across the organization.What guides me in this work is a deep belief in respect, the Golden Rule, and the importance of enjoying every moment. Whether I’m driving transformation through data or baking fresh bread on a weekend, I value thoughtfulness, balance, and continuous growth. Outside of work, I find energy in the trails—through mountain biking and running—and calm in the kitchen, cooking Mediterranean food or diving into a Murakami novel. Sci-fi and horror movies also fuel my imagination and curiosity.In both life and leadership, I strive to blend focus with joy, purpose with people, and strategy with simplicity. Because meaningful impact isn’t just about insights—it’s about how we connect, act, and grow together.
