Proud to currently lead Nottinghamshire’s ambitious Place agenda—An executive public sector leader with over 20 years experience in local government leadership roles, bringing extensive knowledge of development schemes, environment, place, housing, economic regeneration, transport, planning, waste, property, major programmes and regeneration.Recognised as one of the top 500 global influencers on environment and sustainability (2021). A highly resourceful, innovative and enthusiastic environmental and economic leader; possessing considerable, and highly notable, experience of managing multi-million pound transformational projects and programmes from conception to completion. Project leadership including; planning, timings, execution and subsequent analysis are areas of particular expertise. I have a track record of high profile, industry exemplar, scheme delivery and associated employee/contractor management. Passionate about organisational innovation, leadership and transformation, having led a range of services and departments that have had a real impact on benefiting the environment, supporting communities and realising financial returns. Adept at tailoring services to work in effective collaboration enabling better outcomes for residents and embedding an ethos of constant evolution.Previously having developed and subsequently implemented a number of high level strategies and policies both in the public and private sector, whilst also producing detailed plans and programmes in order to enact them.
