I am highly focused on achieving ideal workforce management with the right balance of culture and execution. Data is extremely important in telling you the \"who\" and the \"what\", but culture and core-values tell you the why and exploring the \"Why\" can often help you solve the problem in a different way. Assisting my company for over 10 years and growing our Customer Care operation from 5 employees to 75+ was an extremely rewarding and beneficial experience. The construction of a fast paced customer centric organization, and the policy and procedural foundation that it runs on has been education that cannot be purchased. I have now taken my passion and understanding of customer experience, and have taken on a role leading our Product Teams at Right Networks. It is my goal to implement a customer focused approach that aligns our product innovation with features that offer simplicity and efficiency to the jobs our subscribers do everyday.High level focus:My role is to gather the requirements of the business, and the recommendations of our customers, and create a product vision and prioritization road map that meets the core KPIs of our growing business, while also achieving a customer first mindset. I do this by working with leaders, doing independent research, and guiding our Product Management and UX teams toward these company milestones.
