I’ve always been passionate about the intersection of people and systems, which is why I’ve dedicated my career to making organizations work better. Whether implementing new platforms to drive efficiency or building inclusive workplaces through JEDI initiatives, I focus on creating lasting impact. My experience working within the UN system has taken me to East Africa, Latin America, and Europe, fueling my drive to affect change on a global scale. I am excited to engage anyone working in this landscape of social impact, sustainability, and International Development.Data is at the heart of the work I do. At Catholic Relief Services, I built diversity metric dashboards using PowerBI, driving more inclusive recruitment practices which improved gender and racial diversity. This analytical approach was also critical in my award-winning Capstone Project through the World Bank’s Global Governance Practice, where I contributed to local climate adaptation efforts in Bangladesh.With extensive International HR experience, I’ve honed my ability to manage projects and engage internal stakeholders effectively. These skills, along with my advanced data analysis capabilities, position me to succeed in Social Impact Program Management. My track record of leading successful programs, engaging diverse teams, and driving data-driven solutions will allow me to thrive as I transition into sustainability, working to build a more resilient and equitable world.
