My name is Michael Warnement and I am a third-year Finance and Real Estate student at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Over the years I have worked in many different environments. This past summer I had the opportunity to work at Fox Meadow C.C. I was able to obtain many skills during my tenure including, communication expertise, member servicing, and professionalism. In my job as a team member at Litehouse, I have been able to rise above my responsibilities and excel in my position. This has led to more leadership responsibilities in the store. As the Internal Vice President of Pi Kappa Alpha at Ohio State, I was responsible for overseeing chapter operations and ensuring effective internal communication. I collaborated with executive board members to plan and execute events, improve organizational efficiency, and uphold chapter standards. This leadership experience strengthened my skills in team management, strategic planning, and problem-solving. I am also a member of the Line Dancing Club at The Ohio State University. I have had the amazing opportunity to be a part of Buckeyethon. I am proud to be a part of BuckeyeThon, where I contribute to raising awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research, all while working alongside a passionate community dedicated to making a tangible impact on the lives of children and families affected by cancer. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, line dancing, watching the Browns, and working out as often as I can.

   Serving as Internal Vice President of Pi Kappa Alpha has been a formative leadership experience focused on accountability, organization, and brother development. In this role, I oversee internal operations, enforce chapter standards, and help create a culture built on responsibility, professionalism, and mutual respect. I work closely with executive leadership to manage member expectations, support academic and personal success, and ensure the chapter operates efficiently and in alignment with fraternity and university policies. This position has strengthened my skills in leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and team coordination while reinforcing the importance of leading with integrity and consistency.
