Advise the Program Manager of emerging issues in the areas of cost, schedule, and performance through sound data analysis and key metrics tracking. Conduct ‘what-if” analyses and draft information papers to assist leadership in evaluating tradeoffs and budgetary impacts. Perform earned value management and schedule analysis on existing contracts and provide monthly reports to Army leadership.
