I currently serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO at EnerSys, a global leader in energy storage and power systems. In this role, I work closely with our President & CEO, Shawn O’Connell, to align priorities, oversee enterprise-wide initiatives, and drive the operational rhythm of the Executive Office.Since joining EnerSys in 2014, I’ve led teams across the UK, EMEA, and APAC in engineering, plant operations, and advanced systems. Prior to my current role, I served as Operations Director for EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) across EMEA and APAC, and as Business & Plant Manager for ABSL Space Products.My experience spans financial strategy, operational excellence, and global team leadership. I’ve built a reputation for strengthening collaboration, managing high-stakes programs, and navigating complex transformation initiatives.
