I\'m a proven leader with a track record of turning individual efforts into effective teams. I love building teams, and I’ve created a strategy from years of experience of building very strong groups out of individuals with varying skills and abilities. My teams have produced positive results for the companies I\'ve worked for, as well as helping develop each team member. These years of leading teams in the corporate world - as well as in the military - taught me how to mentor, coach, motivate … and provide tough feedback when necessary.At Peerless, I oversee the Proposal Team, Admin Team and all corporate Marketing efforts in support of business development, internal and external communications, events, trade shows and other corporate projects. I also lead corporate quality initiatives for our ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, as well as our CMMI and CMMC teams.Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP); CMMI Associate; Certified Practitioner, Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CP APMP) as well as ISO training.I rely on excellent communication skills and empathy to make difficult decisions quickly while getting buy-in from stakeholders. I\'m an expert at using data and metrics to analyze procedures and performance, but I never forget that it takes more than numbers to get high performance.
