I am a Chartered Senior Project Manager (MCIOB, MAPM, GradIOSH) with over a decade of experience delivering complex, multi-million-pound infrastructure projects across the UK. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to execution and handover, with a strong focus in recent years on EV charging and energy infrastructure projects with bp pulse and Shell. I hold an MSc in Construction Management and have a proven record of managing programmes involving HV & LV networks, stakeholder alignment, and risk, budget, and schedule control.Throughout my career, I have successfully led multi-site, high-value programmes, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and real estate stakeholders to ensure projects are set up for success. I have consistently delivered projects on time, on budget, and in full compliance with HSE standards, applying value engineering principles to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
