Projects ranging from security upgrades on 400Kv Substations to civil engineering within Nuclear sites, UK wide. I was Headhunted to become the Head of Recruitment for one of the UK\'s fastest growing Civil Engineering companies. We work extensively on National Grid Substation projects, Rail/Piling, Nuclear, Civils & Housing Development Sites. I created a clear and concise strategy for how to successfully implement a full recruitment infrastructure within the business - reducing agency spend by 95% in the first year. I work on all relevant contract roles from Groundworkers through to Project Managers, and everything inbetween. As we are a growing business, there is also a need to recruit internal members of staff in key positions.
