About Michael Votaw
With over 20 years of network engineering, management, and consulting experience, I am a Federal SE Manager at Extreme Networks. Along with my team, we create a distinguished consulting experience for our federal customers by solving their complex network and security challenges. I personally hold several industry-recognized certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, PMP, and I have a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.My mission is to help our federal customers achieve world-class operations efficiency and security by leveraging my decade of military NOC/SOC experience and my expertise in network security and architecture. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and customized solutions that meet their unique needs and requirements. I also share my knowledge and insights with the network and security community as the former president of the (ISC)² Chapter US Military Germany.
