Exploring various roles spanning individual contributor, project management, technology development, and group management positions has enabled a perspective which allows me to better understand how to operate as a teammate throughout the organization making me comfortable in most roles within a team. Similarly, technical exploration through my career learning FPGA and electronic design, RADAR/Communications signal processing and system design, classical systems engineering, and later pivoting into spacecraft system development and mission design has given confidence in my ability to both become proficient in new domains while also helping stakeholders navigate new and unfamiliar technologies.
