With over 20 years in the restaurant industry and a pedigree earned in some of the most renowned kitchens, Chef Michael Vignola has built his culinary career on his love affair with the indulgent, yet a passion for never compromising the product.Vignola is currently at the helm of both Catch and Catch Steak concepts as Catch Hospitality Group\'s Corporate Executive Chef. As co-creator of the Catch Steak concept (2019), sister restaurant to the seafood hot-spot Catch (2011), Vignola successfully introduced the Steak concept to New York, Aspen, and Los Angeles and led them all to stardom. He is on the fast-track to become a seasoned leader for the Catch brand and will open Catch Miami Beach (2023) and Catch Dallas (2024). Before taking his talents to Catch Hospitality Group, Michael oversaw BR Guest Hospitality concepts StripHouse, Bill\'s Bar and Burger, and Isabella’s in New York, Pittsburg, and Las Vegas as Corporate Executive Chef. His earlier experience, but certainly not least, includes working with celebrated chefs like Erik Ripert at Le Bernardin, Macrus Samuelson at Aquavit, Rocco Dispirito at Union Pacific, Gabriel Kreuther developing a menu for Lufthansa Airlines, David Bouley at Bouley Bakery, Brian Young at Citarella Restaurant, and David Walzog at Monkey Bar. Vignola has stepped out of the kitchen to star on NBC’s TODAY Show, Good Morning America, Good Day New York, and Martha Stewart Radio. He has also judged Beat Bobby Flay and taken home the gold on popular Food Network show, Chopped.Executive Chef of Catch Hospitality Groups upcoming concept Catch Steak. Opening Fall 2019!
