I\'m a seasoned business leader at PepsiCo with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning national account management, people leadership, operations, and finance across the North American consumer packaged goods industry.Most recently, I\'ve expanded my expertise into finance, adding strategic financial acumen to my already comprehensive skill set. Previously, I led the go to market teams in Winnipeg a large location with over 100 direct/indirect reports responsible for driving top-line, share and cost management gaining invaluable experience orchestrating cross-functional teams and driving P&L accountability. My national account management background has given me the strategic perspective to build and nurture partnerships that deliver measurable growth, while my hands-on operations experience—from warehousing to supply chain logistics—ensures I understand the execution details that make or break success.This unique combination of national-level strategy, large-scale operational leadership, and financial insight allows me to see the complete picture: how decisions at the account level impact operations, how operational efficiencies drive financial performance, and how all of it comes together to create sustainable growth.My approach is rooted in competitive analysis that identifies opportunities, fact-based negotiations that create value for all stakeholders, and people management that builds high-performing teams.
