Responsible for reinforcing the values of honor, respect, and responsibility in all Naval Academy activities by integrating the ethical development of midshipmen within and across the Naval Academy mission elements.Responsibilities further include-Developing Character Development curriculum for Naval Academy Summer Seminar and Plebe Summer, including the management of dozens of Naval Academy midshipmen to teach more than 1,200 incoming students every year-Development and management of the Character Capstone graduation requirement for Naval Academy midshipmen-Core competency instruction - teaching Naval Leadership 310 (Organizational Behavior) to Naval Academy juniors as part of their required academic course of study.
